Contact CRS

For more information about the Community Rating System (CRS) program, contact the CRS Coordinator at your Federal Emergency Management Agency (FEMA) Regional Office or the Insurance Services Office (ISO)/CRS Specialist for your State.

ISO/CRS Specialists are responsible for reviewing community requests for CRS classification and verifying activities credited by the CRS. The ISO/CRS Specialist is an employee of Insurance Services Office, Inc. (ISO), FEMA's CRS management contractor.

Community officials and other floodplain management professionals are encouraged to make suggestions about both the content and the form of the CRS. Send suggestions to:
