Disaster Response

FEMA's National Flood Insurance Program is standing by to assist you and your community before, during or after a flooding disaster.

Below are a number of resources available for your use, including claim instructions, social media posts, fact sheets and other products to equip you with timely and helpful flooding disaster information. All resources may be distributed widely with other partners in insurance, public safety, emergency management, and elsewhere. Please direct media inquiries to the Media Toolkit (English | Spanish).
